COUNTER FLOW COOLER-DRYER
In the feed production system due to the processing of raw materials by Steam, the percentage of moisture and temperature of raw materials has increased, and as a result, to achieve a quality product with storage capability, the humidity and temperature of the product must be decreased to standard level. Counter flow cooler is one of the most efficient machines for drying and cooling materials and regulating its humidity by using air flow system in the opposite direction of material flow. These machines with precise control of the volume of air passing and retention time of materials can, in addition to regulating the temperature and humidity of the final product, help to save energy consumption to produce quality products.
