Services are provided in two stages: before and after establishment of the production line. Pre-launch services include consultation and initial design of production lines. After the production lines are set up, the services are divided into three main divisions: personnel training for periodic checkup of machines and machine operation, machine warranty and periodical visits during the warranty period, and finally, the supply of spare parts for the consumable parts of machinery. Providing timely and highest quality services is one of the tasks of Rahavard company, and obtaining complete customer satisfaction is a proof of Rahavard company's efforts to fulfill its obligations at the highest quality level.
